Order will go through 2 phases before being delivered

1.  Order processing time: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipment. Order that require shipping within U.S. will be delivered within 4-7 days, Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 7 - 10 days depending on country and location. Please get in touch if your order hasn't been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

2. Shipping time: Shipping times can vary depending on your location and shipping methods.

We utilize multiple shipping carriers to deliver packages within the US and aboard.

We offer worldwide shipping to more than 200 countries and territories. All international orders are shipped via DHL Express.

We offer local and international shipping Free and standard delivery, if your order reaches $150.00 Upward for USA customers you qualify for our free shipping.

All packages have specific tracking information and can be tracked through Order Tracking section in your account.

These are estimates based on the time it took for majority of orders to be delivered. Actual processing and shipping time may take shorter or longer, depending on order surges.

Please note: Some of our products that are out of stock from our USA warehouse are shipped to our USA customers from our other warehouse in Europe to our USA customers and this will take the same time as international shipping.
